Butter finger teasing

Well it's that time of the month and I have had a butter finger candy bar (BIG ONE) starring at me for the past 2 days. I hate these cravings. I am trying my hardest to not touch it. PMS and the cravings are at full speed rite now. And on top of that I am just to tired and bloated plus head achy to even think about walking or exercising. Man these are the times when I hate being a woman. emoticon

    Well now, seems we all are in the same boat.
    For me, if my cravings get to where I am stressing
    myself out for a candy bar, I have one, the minature size ones. It helps.....othertimes I have yogurt. I think it is the sweetness I crave.
    You will do just fine in time....
    it took me forever to gain control of that feeling.
