I am close to the end of week 3 now and feeling much better! My mom told me about using Glutamine to help with soreness after doing strength training and it has been working wonders!!! I can do squats and lunges, take some glutamine right after, and feel a fraction of the usual soreness that I always have before. What a RELIEF!!!
I have only lost 1.8lbs in the past 3 weeks and have been slightly frustrated by that however I keep reminding myself that I am getting in great shape and toning those muscles up which will inevitably lead to loss of inches at the very least
I already feel firmer and in better cardio shape! So I will keep on truckin and remember that this is a life change that will have long term benefits for the rest of my life. Losing weight is part of that but not what I need to be focused on at the moment.
