I was given a new personal trainer. = 0

Wednesday, July 15, 2009

Not such a big surprise. The guy I was working with had some "personal" issues and is no longer working for the gym.So I get the new guy today. We are reviewing my workout worksheet.Which BTW I have only done for two weeks.Hans as he is called (I think it's a private joke) is a nice enough guy but thinks I'm not working hard enough as I haven't lost a pound.I have lost inches ALLLLLL over. And he was positive about that.I'm beginning to think that having a trainer is a waste of money.Although he caught me doing some bad things form wise so he's not all bad.I brought him up short though and let him know that it's not what I'm eating that is my biggest issue. It's that I have not yet found my place cardio wise.Gotta find a way to make my routine work for me.I had been doing it only half way and now that my stamina is up I can kick it up a notch.I got a 222+ cal cardio workout today! I'm happy about that.I did 2+ miles and It made my day.
