I weight tomorrow and I am going nowhere....but I was. So what happened? I stopped planning ahead for meals. I stopped exercising on my treadmill....and heck I was only doing 12 minutes/day. I don't think that is to much to ask of me!
My goals are not clearly defined. So here it is--I want to get to 239 by next Thursday. I weighed myself today and weighted 242lbs. Tomorrow is the 'official weight in day'. Just gotta get it done.
