I need to get down to business.

I weight tomorrow and I am going nowhere....but I was. So what happened? I stopped planning ahead for meals. I stopped exercising on my treadmill....and heck I was only doing 12 minutes/day. I don't think that is to much to ask of me!
My goals are not clearly defined. So here it is--I want to get to 239 by next Thursday. I weighed myself today and weighted 242lbs. Tomorrow is the 'official weight in day'. Just gotta get it done.

    Have plan, will succeed. It is so easy to slide backwards when we stop doing the things that were working. A sparker friend said that this is not a diet; it's a lifestyle change.
    Good job, recognizing when you've taken a detour and turning around to get back on track.

    Look for all those other signs that you are going the right direction. Just remember that the scale is only one indication of healthy living, and not the only one. You can do this, I know you can.
