Hitting a Plateau

Ok so I want to make sure I don't hit my plateau like I did a couple months back. This resulted in me just stopping as I was getting frustrated and didn't know why I wasn't getting any where. So, if anyone has suggestions I am all ears!
I am currently doing Turbo Jam 20 & 40 min cardio (mixed throughout the week) and Turbo Sculpt with some QuickFire Challenges also. I do sculpting (strength training) 3 days out of the week and take Sat. & Sun off to rest.
Should I up the amount of cardio or strength training or neither? I wouldn't mind to "revamp" some of this but I do want to keep the sculpting cuz I love T.J. and don't want to stop. I've heard the 30 day shred is good....any suggestions?
