Hitting a Plateau

Tuesday, July 14, 2009

Ok so I want to make sure I don't hit my plateau like I did a couple months back. This resulted in me just stopping as I was getting frustrated and didn't know why I wasn't getting any where. So, if anyone has suggestions I am all ears!

I am currently doing Turbo Jam 20 & 40 min cardio (mixed throughout the week) and Turbo Sculpt with some QuickFire Challenges also. I do sculpting (strength training) 3 days out of the week and take Sat. & Sun off to rest.

Should I up the amount of cardio or strength training or neither? I wouldn't mind to "revamp" some of this but I do want to keep the sculpting cuz I love T.J. and don't want to stop. I've heard the 30 day shred is good....any suggestions?

Yes, keep up with the cardio and strenght training. You might change some of the strenght exercises in your strenght training. If you up your workouts remember you will need to make sure your nutrition goals meets your execise goals.
