Well, I am off prednisone again. This time I only put on 15 pounds. That isn't too bad, but it does make it that much more difficult on my weight loss lifestyle journey.

I started tracking food again today. I don't know if I should or shouldn't track my food while I'm on prednisone. I'm not sure it would be helpful or just plain discouraging...

Ok, I'm off the computer now and going to attempt some time on my Wii fit....
