back on track

So the first week of me getting back was pretty good. Food wise I did pretty good. I stayed within my calories and ate more fruits and veggies. Exercise I could of did a lot better. Monday I burned 450 calories at the gym on the elliptical and treadmill. Wednesday i burned 375 calories on the elliptical and treadmill. On Tuesday and Friday I did 30 minutes of weight. Saturday I went to the Casino and got in lots of exercise walking around. I also joined the gym my college so I can work out on Thursday doing my three hour break in between classes.I will go to Bally on the other days.
