Weekly Report - 7/13 - 7/19

Yes, I am resurrecting the weekly report. It helped me lose and I think it can help me lose again. I'll be filling this out as the week progresses so if you are for some reason oddly interested in my numbers, check back to this post on 7/20 if you want to see how I did.

I'm starting out again after a pretty good weekend and going to see if daily tracking like this can help me go downdowndown. 15 lbs before 10/1 is the "shoot for the stars" goal. Wish me luck!

General Mood/Notes = Today was the yelp party and a planned splurge. I did even better than I thought I would. I am super proud of myself for NOT having anything but a bite of someone's food when we stopped at the wing bar at midnight after drinking.

General Mood/Notes = Seriously bloated from chinese food. Day didn't go as planned and I ended it pretty grumpy. I'm torn. I feel like I succeeded because I didn't indulge in some unplanned partying that my fiance and friend did, but I feel like I failed because after they left and went to the bar, I stuffed my face in front of the fridge. Even though it was totally in my calorie range it is a BAD HABIT. I guess it is the lesser of two evils. Dance class went GREAT though!

General Mood/Notes = Great day - until it was 9pm and just leaving David's Bridal and my fiance and I were hungry monsters. Ate otherwise healthy but unusually SALTY chinese food very late.

General Mood/Notes = First day back to it. I'm excited! Was a little munchy at the late night but I think I did ok having lo cal stuff to quell my cravings.
