I am back!

Ok, so I have been lazy due to the hand problem. I had been in constant pain up until last week. I went in for my pre op appointment. Good news and not so good news, Cyst ruptured on it's own, now have bone spur and arthritis. Oh well, life goes on. The pressure has subsided and I am going to get back to my routine. A 1 1/2 month break has not been good for my body. I have gained back 8 lbs or so. I am miserable. I will work hard to control what goes into my mouth and increase my physical activity. I received a compliment from somone last week that said I had lost some weight. I remember thinking, "Yeah well, most of it is back."
I know that I can get back to it. I did it before.
