Monday 7/13: 6:00pm – Run (5k prep- 40minutes); Circuit 2x20; Crunches (150)
(ACTUAL: Run 40 mins=3.43 miles)

Tuesday 7/14: Rest

Wednesday 7/15: 6:00 pm 1 hour Cardio, Crunches (150)
(NONE)

Thursday 7/16: 5:45pm – Beginning Pilates; Run (5k prep- 40 minutes)
(ACTUAL: 60 min. Pilates)

Friday 7/17: 6:00 pm - 1 hour cardio, Crunches (150)
(NONE)

Saturday 7/18: 10:30am Conditioning; Run (5k prep- 40 minutes); Crunches (150)
(ACTUAL: 60 min. Conditioning)

Sunday 7/19: 2:30pm Crunches; 3:00pm – Spin; 4:15pm Water Aerobics
(ACTUAL: Run (5k Prep - 40 minutes))



Run Program:
Walk - 5 min
Jog – 5 min
Run – 10 min
Jog – 5 min
Run – 10 min
Walk – 5 min

Total Days Worked out: 4
Total Minutes: 200 minutes

I increased my workouts by 1 this week which is good but my goal is to be in the gym 5-6 days a week and get at least an hour a day so a total of 300-360 minutes. Next week is a new week!
