Yesterday....

Gee...finally the electric got turned on. Now I can get back with my journaling and diet tracker.
Weight loss is getting better.
I got a bike. I'm riding it, I'm actually making motion!-Went over two miles on it. Yes. I know it low milage but, I had freakin' hills! I was sweatin'. I like riding, it is awesome, takes me back to when I was a kid. I rode a bike all over the neighborhood and at the farm, I bet I put in over thirty miles back then, never bitchin' about the pain in my legs..geez, I miss those times.
Anywho, eatings ok..but had a whole freakn' bag of popcorn...delicious, low in butter, no cholesterol..does that really matter..calories are calories....
Going to weight train today...pecs, bi's, tri's and back....HIIT..can't wait.
