Week Two -- Still Doing Good!!

Week two went pretty well too! The scale went down 2.2 pounds!! I was amazed because earlier in the week, it had gone up; but Saturday is my "official" weigh day so I'll take it!! I added exercise some mornings; I'll work on making it EVERY morning! I got busy toward the end of the week and didn't get to log in my food; and Thursday's eating didn't include the best choices but evidentally overall I did well. I'm pleased with my progress! I also like this weekly blogging about my progress; it gives me a time to think about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it.

On to Week Three!!

    Hi Sandy -- good for you for committing to a clean start and going for it! We do know what we need to do, eh? I caught up on your blogs -- the weekly blog is a nice idea, maybe I'll be a copycat :-)

    I've been "restarting" way too often cuz every time I "restart" I forget w/in a day or two and then it's emoticon and I need to restart again. Just gotta do it.

    HUGE emoticon on your weight loss, your focus, your support of DHs health goals and your consistency!!!!
