Finally the last day of training! The company had a dinner for friends and family. Fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and cookies. Not a diet friendly meal. Plus, I hate fried chicken. However my husband enjoyed the spread. It's nice of them to always provide big spreads-but also provide a program that rewards you for exercise. Whoa!
DH found my WATP! I will start with a one mile then add each day. I don't want to hurt myself!
Tomorrow I will go to the water class. I will wear my new suit!
My bloodpressure is a little high today, so I need to chill!
