Well..I did gain a little weight. I've adjusted my plan a bit to go back to baby steps. This morning, I got up and did SP strength training. I've been on 4 cruises while using SP and have managed to get right back into it as soon as I get home. All that food on the ship is hard (if not impossible) to resist, but there are many healthy options.

We are going be picking up my BIL and SIL's italian greyhound later today...he is going to be staying with us for a few weeks while they are away. Our pets have never met, so we are going to have an interesting evening....mostly me, really. My husband has some other obligations tonight. Once we get over the initial greeting, all should be fine. Our dogs are basically good with most other dogs. I have crates and muzzles if we need them for assistance until they get used to each other for their safety.

Time to start my day.
