Toning for skin

Friday, July 10, 2009

I have not had this occurrence until now and I don't know how to handle it! In my 20s, I lost over 100 lbs in 12 months with exercise and diet. I had a coworker training for a body building competition and she helped me with my diet. Anyway, as I lost weight, since I was young, my skin was very elastic and I didn't see any sagging of skin. Present day: I am almost 40 and I am noticing sagging skin. I have only lost around 30 lbs in 6 months, so I don't think I lost it too suddenly. Does anyone know of exercises or topical treatments to tighten the skin?
The skin I have noticed is on the back of my upper arms and on my upper inner thighs (this is most uncomfortable when wearing skirts). I don't really care about looks since I cover both of these areas, but I would like to start correcting it before I lose any more weight. I hope it won't come down to surgery to remove the skin.

Thanks for all comments! Happy Friday!

A friend of mine used preperation H all over his body and it does work to help tighten skin. Did wonders on him and he's in his 40's and he lost 100 + pounds in 8 months. he had rolls of loose skin and after 5 months of using the cream he only has a tinny bit of loose skin on his tummy yet to tighten up.

I havent tried this yet myself yet except for my saggy neck and it worked for the sagging skin there on me.
