Weighing myself for the first time in FOREVER

Thursday, July 09, 2009

Ok, so I know I said I am not one to weigh myself but I couldn't resist today.
I have suspected that the start weight I applied on SP was over generalized so I said "You know what? I'm gonna weigh myself today"

Instead of weighing out at 165, I weighed out at 151! I was so excited I had to step off and step back on! So I have revamped everything except the amount of weight I want to lose. The BMI chart states I am barely in the healthy range for my height so I can't complain there!

Still pushing for October 5 to lose at least 15 pounds. I have never counted calories and SP makes it SO EASY to do this that I think I am slightly addicted! emoticon

Knowing that you are going to have to record everything you eat for the day makes it so much easier to say NO to the bad things. Because there are no BAD Things allowed on my nutrition tracker! Well, not really bad things like cheesecake, twinkies, Rice Crispy treats, etc.

So I am back in the game of fitness and nutrition and I am feeling wonderful about it!
