I'm sitting here on the couch and looking at a bare, if gnarly looking foot. I have to wear my boot and an ace bandage still, but i'm able to get in the pool, shower and hot tub. Also, Sat. i get to start slowly working in a shoe. Ahhh, progress, lovely progress.

Good luck to you! I had a break in March and had to wear the shoe and the whole bit. Fortunately, no surgery though! It took me a long time to get back to walking comfortably or even wearing a shoe so I know what you are and will go through! My advice to you is patience! I kept trying to push myself too soon and I ended up going backwards in recovery rather than forwards. Take it easy and follow dr's orders and hope that you are on the mend soon! 4254 days ago
