My Ten Day Challenge goals

July is my six month Spark Anniversary and I am embarrassed to say that I have not changed my habits at all! I am still gaining and losing the same five pounds...but no more!
The other night I was thinking that perhaps I just can't do this...I just can't lose the weight. Then, I asked myself, "why can other people lose 20 or 30 pounds in this same amount of time?" and the answer came to me...whether it was me or God telling me, but this was the answer to the question, "Why can others lose the weight?". The answer is that they have:
So...I am "determined" to lose weight and get healthy.
I am determined to get on track.
So...here are my goals for the Ten Day Challenge from July 8th through July 17th:
1) 30 minutes cardio/pilates each day or 25 minute stretch workout
2) Log food in daily to Spark People
3) Read three articles here daily
So...I have already drank one glass of water, ate half a banana and bought a new Prevention workout video.
Skinny jeans and a healthy life style: Here I come!
