What?

Today was a big do nothing day in training. We had a worksheet leftover from Friday. Did another 2 worksheets then listened to some calls. The air made me stiff but at least I am not swollen.
Another lady who had surgery returned to work today. She went out 10 days after I did, however she was able to return to her job. All I can say is, I am glad that I have a job to go to even if it is not the one I had before the surgery.
I need to learn to swim. I'm not sure when the wellness center teachs adults because I couldn't find the class on line, but if it is in the evening, I will take that class!
Today's class was finning. I never had fins on so that was a new experiance.
The pool is closed next week for a spring cleaning. They have an agreement with another pool, but I think that I will take the opportunity to try some land classes.

Good for you...I'm glad you are enjoying the classes. I love the water! I could swim for hours. I enjoy water aerobics too. I hope you are able to find a swimming class.

Enjoy your classes next week... emoticon emoticon
