I need new shoes again

Went to workout today.I hurt all over again.I took Thurs on off and I needed it but I think it was too long.Thursday I was just one mass of aches and pains.I knew I was overdoing it.Man today just showed me how much farther I have to go.I'm not mad about it, just seeing that the hill to climb is so darn big.Hey the good news is that for half of todays cardio session I went .5 mph faster than I had been, 3.5 instead of 3 on the tread mill.So that is good.I also need new shoes.My workout shoes are just not cutting the cheese any longer.Come on "dice" mama wants some good workout shoes.Now that my therashoes have fixed my gait problem one way time for new shoes.My shins hurt and not in the I exercised good way.
