I had an appointment with my doctor this morning, and it turns out that I've fractured one of the bones in my right foot. The doctor curtailed my run / walk to no more than 30 minutes a day. That limits my distance to no more than2 miles per day, for the next 4-8 weeks! emoticon Needless to say...I was really bummed out! The good news was that my blood pressure and heart rate were really good, and he was really impressed with my weight loss. I guess with a little bad news comes a little good. emoticon

Oh, yeah, the BP and heart rate is much better than that foot, although, I'd be heart broken too if I couldn't walk more than 30 minutes a day...BUT at least you get to have that 30 minutes...good thing he didn't say NO to exercise at

I couldn't walk last June cause I had to get special orthopedic insoles in my shoes...I didn't get my walking started up again til this past April. You'll be back to your old self in no time!

Glad he also supports you in your weight loss, as well! Not too many docs out there who really care about their patients!
