I'm still getting use to all of this just thought I would figure things out today.
I hate the fact that it's the summer and I should be eating better and working out more but I have found that I'm more lazy and have no desire to do anything. I need to get more motivated!
Does anyone else find this problem, or is it just me?
Any ideas on how to get motivated?
