Not proud of myself

Well, I haven't been keeping up on my nutritional updates. I come in here everyday and I have been careful about what I ate. I just haven't been updating. Instead I have made a note on each day's nutrition page with a list of what I have eaten. I just haven''t felt like putting out the energy to put it in the form. Tuesday I weigh in. I have no idea how I will do. But then I never know how I will do. I thought I was going to lose last week and I gained. So who knows. I don't believe I have been overeating by any means. I could of been under eating. I hope not. My goal is to be health. That would not be good.

    I have done this too. Logging is too much for me to deal with when I am hurting, tired, busy, socializing, etc. My trainer showed me that logging is valuable to assure I do not skip meals, and eat the majority of calories at night, which can lead to a gain or no weight loss. It is okay to take a break as long as we do not give up.

    I hope the needle on the scale indicates weight loss. emoticon
