Okay, I officially joined Sparkpeople on June 14th, however, I have not managed my time appropriately to utilize the tools on this site. I have just returned from a wonderful trip to the Bahamas and, I must state, that I gained two pounds. I enjoyed the trip and relaxation. However, at times, I was envious when I saw other ladies in nice and smart outfits and swimsuits.

I have a photo of Holly Robinson Peete and Angela Bassette posted on my refrigerator for motivation. I promise myself that I will, starting tomorrow at 6:00 a.m., exercise for 60 minutes five times a week for the next thirty days, learn how to navigate this site, and drink 64 ozs of water daily.
