Ok so it has been about three months since I wrote on here. So in short I got busy and started neglecting myself and stop writing on here. I got so busy with school and work that I stop doing what i know is good my body. In that time I have gained 15 pounds and I had stopped posting on spark has much.
Well now its summer and I am using this time to focus on myself. I will have alot me time now that I am not working and I only have school to deal with. my goals for this summer are:
loose 8-15 pounds.
go to the gym 4-5 times a week
burn at least 1000-1400 calories a week
do strength exercises at least 2 times a week.
eat at least 3 veggies a day
continue to drink at least 120 oz of water
post a entry on spark atleast once a week.
