"OMG that's me in the picture?"

You think you are doing well on your fitness goals, rightly so, and then you see a picture of yourself. That is exactly what happened to me. I haven't lost weight rapidly, but I have lost weight. I am hovering between 15-17 lbs lost so I know I shouldn't be looking like some supermodel. As I looked at the pictures I thought "OMG I look horrible".
So now I need to get another action plan going. I do have one, just need to implement it. It will take some finances, so all of my plans will have to come together a little at a time. But, a plan in action, even though one small step a time, is still a point in a right direction.
So here is my plan....
-Gym membership (water aerobics)
-Weightloss aid (diet medication-just to start me off, not permanent)
-Drop my soda habit like a bad habit (it is bad, but this will be my trial)
Well now I have it in writing. I intend to hold myself to this plan, no matter how fast or slow my weight loss.
