Yeah! What happend?

The past few days have been mentally exhausting. Studying for two exams plus two writting assingments and discussion board post has made me nutty and stressed out. Everything is due on the same week and I'm in the thick of it right now. When I'm studying, the dogs need constant attention and it's driving me bonkers. I can't imagin having kids and doing this.

I haven't done any sort of workout since Thursday. Today, I plan to get one WA done then do a workout then tackle the other WA. I see it's going to rain today but maybe I can get in a short walk around the block to break up the time spent on my butt infront of the computer!

Hubby smoked briskit, chicken and ribs yesterday OH MAN it was good. I made a large salad and that was it.

Sometimes I think about how I really do not know how to loose weight. It's not written out in a step by step logical format for one to follow. Everyone has their own plan I guess. I need to find mine.
