AAAHH!! Attack of the frozen cupcakes!

I've been attacked by them!.... I'll explain.. I made different types of cakes, in case I have people ask me for a tasting (like for a wedding or big orders like that). I made Red Velvet (my favorite), lemon, almond, pecan...etc... I wrap each cupcake really good in saran wrap, unfrosted of course, then put in a large container with a tight lid on it, stick them in the freezer, defrost as needed.
Well the red velvet cupcake was calling my name. HEre I am putting my workout shoes on and that freaking cupcake takes over me. Next thing I know... I put a cupcake in the microwave nuked it for like 20 seconds... put some left over buttercream on from my dad's cake yesterday and I eat the cupcake.
I was in cupcake heaven..... then I felt bad...ARRGGHH... I was doing pretty good but next time I know.. don't keep your favorite cupcake frozen. It's too easy to fall into that trap.. Sorry I'm venting... Got to go now... I got to burn this cupcake!
**Btw.... freezing cakes/cupcakes covered really good in saran plastic wrap and then foil paper, makes them even more moist. Just let them defrost completely before taking off the plastic & foil paper off.. just a tip ;)!
