Update about knees

Thanks to all who have commented on my previous blog post. I will try the things mentioned. I believe that I just pushed too hard when I did the extended squats on Wii Active. You are supposed to squat and hold for 45 seconds and you do two of these during the workout. I knew it was going to shock my knees, but I never thought it would be this bad. I only have pain when the knee is acting as a joint, like stairs or getting in/out of the car, etc. Since I have arthritis, I usually do not go to the doctor for joint pain, but if it isn't better in the next week, I will make an appointment.
