how is everyone doing today? it looks like rain here again today. i hope i can get in my 10,000 steps today. i am going up and down the stairs doing laundry and i am putting the clothes away piece by piece. i lost another pound when i weighed myself this morning. i have lost 6 pounds so far. i only started tracking my food since saturday. you don't know how much you are eating unless you write it down. i have also been trying to do 10,000 steps on my pedometer everyday too.

    Congratulations on losing another pound!! Don't let that scale dictate your life. I found if I weigh myself once a week at the same time that it is enough. It took me many years to get this heavy so I just have to have the patience to lose it. Never mind that I am older now is it is even harder. Then the meds I am on cause weight gain. There - so many excuses and it still comes down to me making healthy choices every day. Today I had a candy bar. Not sure how that was healthy but sometimes the body has to have what the body wants. I will have to do some extra gardening to burn it off tonight. I keep track of my food every day in the nutrion tracker and I LOVE IT!!
