Oh no.......

I hit a plateau and I can't seem to get off. As a matter of fact, I gained 2 lbs. My guess is because I lowered my water intake. Also, I stopped inputting my food.
I guess I really know the answer to what I need to do!

    Yep, I agree with ALMMOM. Maybe you're not eating enough for your level of activity. Sounds like you know where to start to regain control. Good luck and let us know what you learn.

    Yep. You know what to do!!! Sometimes when we eat too little, our body reacts by going into starvation mode and hoards everything. When we eat healthly, our body responds accordingly.
