Finally....I lost 1 pound

This journey has been a difficult one. I didn't think losing weight would be so hard. I thought if I exercised and ate less the pounds would just melt off. Since it has not, I made an appointment with my doctor. He ordered a \bunch of blood test but he thinks I may be prediabetes. I'll find out on the 8th. In the meantime I continue to workout 5-6 times per week and log all my food (about 90% of the time). I was pleasantly surprised today to see I had lost one pound---woo hoo. I am researching prediabetes and adjusting my diet (I like fruit alot but I'll switch to more veggies). I also struggle with getting enough protein so I have to be very deliberate, eating more meat, fish and tofu.
