Stepping it up a notch

Today I decided to add something new to my walk. On my return trip, I walked 100 steps, then jogged 25, walked 100, jogged 25, etc. Surprisingly I didn't fall down on my face and colapse after it was over. I feel good and am going to keep up this routine. Wish me luck!
