Are you afraid of regaining the weight you lost?

Yes! During the planning stages, I tried to pick paths that would encourage a healthy life style, something I could continue to maintain. My main exercise is walking - it's free and relatively easy to do. I continued to challenge myself as I plateaued. I have also changed my mindset. My goal is to fit in exercise every day. I walk in the mornings. I now look for additional opportunities, like playing tag with the kids for a few minutes. My daughter can run fast and she's a challenge for me to catch! She and the other kids are thrilled when I join in their game of tag or anything else for a few minutes.
I believe it would help me stay on track for the long haul if my hubby would join me. I wish he would make exercise a priority in his life. I try to make our "dates" exercise related. Unfortunately, we don't get out for dates too often! My husband has to decide for himself that he wants to get fit. Since that situation is out of my control, I look every day at the choices I can make for myself - healthy eating and healthy exercise habits. I also have a fitness buddy, a wonderful friend who encourages me. We help keep each other on track.
