Goals for the week of June 29-July 5

Here are my goals this week:
1. Walk the ROCK 1 time this week (it is 5.4 miles)
2. Log all my food
3. Make 1 Spark recipe
4. Eat 4 freggies a day
5. Drink atleast 7 glasses of water
6. Make good food choices for the July 4th weekend
7. Make good food choices when I go out to eat.
8. Do 315 fitness minutes this week
9. Read 1 step a day about the Spark plan.
10. Watch my Sodium- (this is my week challenge for BLC)
