Today I kind of splurged. I had frozen pizza for lunch and me and my boyfriend shared a dairy queen after dinner. I had a healthy breakfast (apple, peach, yogurt and granola) and a healthy dinner (herbalife shake). I went and worked out using a treadclimber thing. I walked on that for 20 minutes and then ran 6 laps which is a little over 1/2 mile. I have all day tomorrow to do nothing so I'll probably go to the gym again and do strength.
