A week has passed since starting SP

I lost 2 lbs, have a little more energy and am never hungry. Now those are 3 areas going in the right direction! It's not has hard as I thought it would be and as I am tracking my calories I am still wondering how many calories I did eat before I started this. I never was one to eat chips, cakes, candy - we always 98% of the time choose healthier foods, so I must if ate too large portions of the healthy foods. So the saying too much of a good thing is not good is true.. I just never paid much attention before to how big my portions were. Week 1 done, the rest of my life to go.
