The turning point!

Well its day 1 of this diet. YUCK! Not looking forward to this at all but, I have no choice. I don't feel good about my self. Trying on clothes is something that I try to avoid at all cost.
I know that this will be a challenge for me this second time around.
Need to find a way to get rid of this extra stress that I carry around but its hard to do unless I get rid of a husband that can't seem to help out here in the house or with the 2 kids and of course there is my 13 year old son that has his bad disposition.
Yes it's gonna be a real challenge this time around.
