Ready to face a new week

I love Sundays!I love going to church and having the wonderful lessons.I love snuggling up with my "babies" on the couch and just enjoying their stinky boy selves.(trust me little boys who run hard stink) I love that I don't have to go to the gym.I did that yesterday and it ROCKED!Now I've rested up and I'm ready to go in and get moving tomorrow.I'm working on getting myself to running the first mile of the 5K I want to do and it is kicking my butt.I'm at about 1/4 of the way to running a mile again after taking a brake from the last stint.Oh a woo hoo moment.I did not report it on my weigh in but I went up a lot my first two weeks and yesterday was weigh in,I'm 1lb below when I started two weeks ago at 195.So my whine about how I gain muscle mass THEN drop the weight was on the money I KNOW it's all about being active for me.I just got to keep moving and this extra "baggage" I'm carrying can disappear forever.
