Official weigh in this week is--the same. No gain, no loss. I've been doing really good this week. I've only gone overcalories maybe once or twice, and not that bad, and I walked 30 minutes four days this week. AND did my strength training exercises four times this week. So here we go again with the building muscle, and not losing weight. Glad I didn't gain, anyway. My belly DOES look like it's going down, though. I'm not going to measure this week, though, because I know it hasn't by the way my clothes fit. It just LOOKS like it has. And that's ok. I'm sticking with it, because I feel better. I feel good, in fact. Even if the scale doesn't show it, I FEEL LIGHTER. So this might be a good balance, and it might take my body a couple of weeks to start losing. And that's ok, too. I'm cool with that. Or maybe my body just needs a couple of weeks to adjust to this new weight. It has been so big for so long, and so heavy-feeling, that maybe it just needs time for everything to get used to feeling lighter.
