Tip of the Day - U-Turns Permitted
Are you making good progress? If you've been doing well, then good for you! Keep up the great work, and you'll reach your goal in no time. But if you feel like you're not doing so well, this is for you. As you probably know, when there's something you don't feel like doing, you'll look for a way to avoid it. If you haven't been doing very well, you're probably already thinking that ditching your diet might be the best way to go!
Don't do it!
Just because you may have found yourself drifting from your plan, it's no reason to abandon the whole thing. Okay, so maybe you've had a few bad weeks. Don't dwell on it! Just set yourself a new goal. The important thing is that you get back on top of this weight loss thing and that you don't waste any more valuable time.
Give yourself a proverbial kick in the rear, turn things around, and get going! No excuses, and don't find reasons to fail. You can do this!
