Just a little bit of a vent

Friday, June 26, 2009

I am paying for a personal trainer to help me with weight training.I know I'm fat but do they have to ask me about my diet EVERY damn time we workout or see each other in the gym? What is your diet like? Um it's pretty good actually I just need to EXERCISE YA know I got fat because I sat on my rear NOT because I ate all the time.I got fat because I was DEPRESSED and sat on my butt and got fatter and fatter.NOT because I was shoving food in my mouth constantly.Do these idiots know that being sedentary is the other way to get fat?AHHHHHH! emoticon I KNOW how to eat right and you Don't have to act like I'm an uneducated idiot who knows NOTHING about a good diet. And yes in two weeks I won't loose a lot of weight. My body type is the one that gains muscle mass fast and then looses the weight. What is so Special about me? Do I have "ask me how I'm eating" written allover my face? I asked for help with exercise. The fact that outside the gym I was not dropping any weight was disturbing to me so I came in for help. Now my butt is shrinking and while the scale is not budging I'm NOT WORRIED! I'm pissed that you have the gall to ask me about my food issues.Your lucky you didn't trigger a binge.I know you took a job as a trainer because you want to help people but BE CAREFUL when discussing diet with a fat chick. We are sensitive and need kid gloves. Not " hey you can't have that!" If I wanted the food police I have a sister who works very hard in that capacity. Please bear with me while I go through a physical metamorphosis.I did not get fat overnight and I wont loose the fat that way either so back off buster.

Yes, I know what you are talking about. I live in China and have to report to my trainer in Chinese, which I have no idea how to say Flax seed oil in Chinese. I think mostly it is a habit for them. In fact my boyfriend is also a personal trainer and sometimes he has to call his clients at night and tell them not to eat too much. It is just part of their job and I think most people really don't know how to eat right. I would just tell him nicely that you know how to eat properly. I noticed that once I started loosing a lot of weight my trainer stopped asking.
