Feeling Blue

I haven't posted for a while because I am ashamed of what I have done. My ticker says I weigh 194 but in reality it is 200. I can't believe that I have let myself do this again. My dad came home from the south and everything this site has taught me went straight out the window.

Today is a new day and start of a new beginning. Thanks for all of you being here.

    The good thing about weight loss is that once you've done it, you KNOW you can do it again. Get back on that spark, and instead of focusing on weight gained, set yourself another goal, like trying for x many fitness minutes this week, or eating 5 fruits and veggies a day. Good luck!

    Sorry that you're feeling down. You can't go back and change the past, but today's a new day and you have a chance to change things beginning now. I'm glad you're back on Spark! Don't worry about the weight gain. I've been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for months, and am finally making some progress.
