So, after finally getting into some good habits and having some results at the gym, I decide to crash magnificently on my bike, which lays me up for about a month. So annoying...it seems like everytime I build up a little steam, something happens or gets in the way.
But I'm mostly healed now, and back to the gym this week. I also managed to maintain my weight while I was inactive, which is pretty good.
I took some other actions to help me get healthy...working with my acupuncturist, she is helping me with my circulation and water retention. Stopped taking birth control pills, that should help with my hormones and the water retention also. Taking a multi vitamin, magnesium, cod liver oil, and some herbal supplement from my acupuncturist that should help with weight also.
Went and did my sleep study, I get those results today and had a checkup at the dentist.
