hey sparkers,

june was not a good month for me. eating wasn't great. emotions were all over the place. i was in pain & very depressed. i didn't even take my CLX day 60 pics because I was feeling that lowsy.

anyway- i'm not going to whine too much because really, no one wants to hear it. my eating got better by the end of the month and i became refocused and recommited.

for the most part my CLX workouts were on target. i did miss a few cardio days because of pain but i made up any circuits. Lean phase is my least favorite of the 3- it's so hard to have good form with doing 2 body parts at once. However, I still love the program. My results would be a lot better if my eating would have been on track emoticon
