Change of Plan

I made up my mind to kick the scale to the curb for a while. I will keep tracking my foods and will try to up my exercises some.

The exercise part is the hardest for me to adjust because I have had too many days lately when RA kicked my butt. I also haven't learned to like exercising yet.

    that is a good idea, I know I become a slave to the scale and then I find myself getting more frustrated. Keep up the good work!
