Now that I seem to have my workout routine complete, I'm going to start concentrating on my portions. Since I haven't been measuring my portions, I am sure that there have been times that I have been off in my calorie calculations. I'll enter my food in the Nutrition Tracker and check the calories, if the calories seem way too high, I'll adjust my servings because I think that there is no way I ate that many calories. That's one of the reasons I try to stay under on the suggested calories. I am going to start weighing my food and using one of the trays from a Smart Ones meal. If it doesn't fit in the tray, I'll adjust down. I'm hoping this will make a real difference.
