Up's and downs all over the place

It turns out that the last week was personally for me very drama filled.I feel and felt so unsure of the new workout routine.I ended off the week injured and hurting bad.This morning I awoke to my legs feeling good enough to go back to workout.I went and my bad time management cut short my cardio workout.Sigh tomorrow is another day.I will meet my goal of dropping weight.If you noticed my ticker went up this week I forgot about my "dear Aunt Flow" she visits me every month and brings a extra 5lbs with her.So I guess the PMS is the only thing holding me back this week.LOL I have to laugh about it.Laughter is the only thing that makes me feel decent.Today as I was bumbling about I teased that I was having a very "blond" day.The cashier was in giggles with me.Some days I am rather a stereotypical "dumb blond" with the typical oops moments I just choose to make others laugh with me about it.
