Back to work as a new hire

I went back to work today, but there wasn't a desk ready for me. I went back to HR and after about an hour I was placed in a new hire training class because they didn't have a place for me. Of course there were people who were very upset, but as I see it at least I still have a job. Today was very boring because it was orientation. Tomorrow they are providing lunch...I don't know what it will be. I am thinking about bringing my lunch. Oh and there is free ice cream for everyone in the company. Wow, I am not ready to eat, eat, eat.
My ankle is swollen so I need to get off the computer and rest.
I hope that this doesn't continue because I need to get better!
