Back at it...

It's been over a year since I have blogged anything. Things have been going well. My weight loss has continued. Over the past few months I have not been as diligent as I was before, so my numbers were pretty low. I am happy with the inches lost, but I have only lost about 6 or 7 lbs in the past two months.
My husband comes home from his deployment in a little more than two months. Between now and then I would really like to hit my goal of 150lbs. That is 24lbs in two months but I know I can do it if I just keep up with my eating and start working out more.
In addition to not watching my eating, I haven't been working out as much as I should.
I no longer work outside of the home so there is no excuse for me not to be going to the gym. I should be going a lot more than I have been, that's for sure!
Right now I have homework to do so I should get going.
It's good to be back!
